The Los Padres Ski Club, an active year-round recreation and social club, will hold its general monthly meeting on Thursday, July 2, at the Pierpont Bay Yacht Club, 1363 Spinnaker Drive, Ventura Harbor.
The evening begins at 6:30 with a potluck BBQ dinner (bring a dish to share). Following a short business meeting, guest speaker Sherry Crisp, an avid student of fitness and nutrition, will give a presentation on “Getting to Know Your BMR.” Don’t know what that is? Come and find out. The meeting ends with a raffle. Guests and interested parties are always welcome.
