General Meeting, Avalanche Safety, March 3rd, 7:00pm

Please join us for our monthly General Meeting on March 3rd, 7:00pm, at the Pierpont Bay Yacht Club, 1363 Spinnaker Dr, Ventura Harbor. As always, please bring a snack or dessert to share

Mr. Glaubman of the Nickolay Dodov Foundation (NDF) will provide a Zoom presentation on avalanche safety as well as other aspects of backwoods safety. The Nickolay Dodov Foundation is a part of a Nationwide movement to educate youth and all-age winter sports enthusiasts to stay safe in winter environment. Over the last 10 winters an average of 39 people died in avalanches each winter in North America. To prevent avalanche fatalities and injuries Avalanche Education is essential!
