General Meeting, Thursday, June 7th, 6:30 pm

Join us for our General Meeting on Thursday, June 7th, 6:30pm at the Pierpont Bay Yacht Club, 1363 Spinnaker Dr., Ventura.  This is a summer BBQ meeting,  we provide burgers and chicken, you provide tasty side dishes and dessert!

We have a guest speaker, Alexis Francis, who is an Environmental Scientist with the Channel Coast District of the State Dept. of Parks and Recreation. She will give a Power Point presentation about the endangered birds on our area.   Should be interesting!

We will also be asking input to which Ventura County Fair Concert you all would like to attend as a  club event.  The concert schedule can be found by clicking this  link https://www.venturacountyfair.org/fair/schedule/  . So let us know which concert(s) interest you the most!

TGIT (Tuesday) June 26th, 4 – 6pm, Wood Ranch, Ventura

We decided to rename our TGIT’s to Thank God It’s Tuesday!  We will be having an Happy Hour on Tuesday, June 26th, 4 – 6 pm at Wood Ranch, 3449 E Main Street, Ventura (Pacific View Mall)

Correction: Gardens of the World, Tuesday, May 15th, 11:00am

Bringing the beauty of the world to the Conejo Valley

So our outgoing social VPs made a slight error and are correcting the time and date of our field trip to the Gardens of the World to Tuesday, May 15th, 11:00am.   It is an honest mistake and we hope you can still join us!

The gardens  http://www.gardensoftheworld.info/ commemorate the various cultures of the world and include Japanese, Italian Gardens, French and English Gardens , water features, a mission courtyard and a bandstand.
