Each participant must complete their own registration form.

Lodging will be at the Chamonix condominiums, 803 Canyon Blvd, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546

Trip includes a dinner provided by the club on Thursday night and Saturday night.

We will carpool our own vehicles up as parking at the condominium is limited.

Registration is complete once your payment is received. Payment options include:

• Online with Zelle (Payee is lospadresskiclub@gmail.com)
• Online with Venmo (Payee is @Los-Padres-Ski-Club)
• Or mail a check to LPSC, P O Box 6112, Oxnard, CA 93031, or
• Sign up at the next club meeting.

Also, each Participant must download the Individual Waiver Form, print it, fill it out and give it to Bryan Hennes at least one week before the trip.
